There is only one prerequisite for therapy - a desire for positive change.

I take a modern approach to talk therapy, bringing authenticity, sincerity, and levity into each session. Through my approachable, warm, but deeply curious style, I aim to help my clients not only feel heard, but deeply understood. It is from this state that I believe lasting change is possible.

I draw from a multitude of evidenced based practices to best serve each client’s unique and specific needs. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy.  My professional journey includes extensive work in various clinical settings, including inpatient treatment, intensive outpatient, and private practice. I am passionate about staying current with the latest therapeutic techniques and pursue ongoing professional development in various therapeutic modalities.

I specialize in working with clients struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and life transitions. Whether you are struggling with day-to-day stressors or grappling with more profound emotional difficulties, I am here to support you in finding clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of wellbeing.
